U-KISS’ Dongho has grown 8cm since his debut

U-KISS’s maknae Dongho is going through quite the growth spurt, as it’s been recently revealed that he grew 8 cm (3.14 inches) since his debut.

His profile currently lists his height as 178 cm (5′9″), which is an 8 cm increase since he was last recorded at 170 cm (5′6″) three years ago at the beginning of U-KISS’s debut.

Dongho explained, “At the time of my debut, I barely hit 170 cm. Because all of my hyungs were so tall, I actually had no choice but to add a bit more to my profile height and made it 173 cm.  After each new album release, however, I began to grow bit by bit.  I really grew to 173 cm between our promotions for ‘I’m Not Young‘ and ‘I Like You.’  Our company raised my profile height by 2 cm again, but by the time we were done promoting ‘Bingeul Bingeul‘, I was 175 cm.  While preparing for ‘0330′, I checked my height and now I’m really 178 cm.”

He continued, “I’m working on both an acting and singing career now so it is a bit physically difficult, but I’m doing my best and learning a lot.  I’ll make sure to show everyone my improvement and growth.”

U-KISS left for the U.S. on April 27th to attend the Korea Music Festival in Los Angeles, California.

U-KISS’s Dongho wants to build a baseball park for Korea’s baseball fans

U-KISS’s Dongho recently stated that he wants to build a baseball park for Korea’s baseball fans.
The topic came about after Dongho made a comment about the effects of his unique role in MBC’s “Royal Family“. The idol said, “I’ve heard a lot of my friends and family say that I should treat them to great things since I’m the grandson of a chaebeol (Korean millionaire) [in the drama].”
He then revealed, “If I were really the grandson of a chaebeol, I would first build a baseball park for Korea’s baseball fans.”
Why a baseball park, you ask?
Dongho explained, “It’s because I thought of the hard time I had while playing baseball on KBS2TV’s ‘Invincible Baseball“. ..I always thought it would be good for baseball fans to play baseball comfortably whenever they wanted to in a good facility.”
The busy idol also lamented about not having time to go watch a baseball game and said, “I want to visit a baseball stadium and cheer for my favorite team.”

U-KISS’s Dongho had his pants stolen

NH Media talked about a hilarious, if not slightly disturbing incident from U-KISS’s first comeback performance this week. It turns out that moments before the boys were to go on stage, Dongho’s clothes were discovered to be missing!

On April 2nd, representatives commented, “Right before the recording for Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown‘ on March 31st, Dongho’s pants were stolen, which caused a chaotic scene. Because it was an emergency, we had to contact the production center and ask them to quickly make his pants again.  Fortunately, we were able to complete the recording on time.”

U-KISS’s upbeat ballad, “0330“, has been earning a fantastic response from the public and is doing excellently on the charts, proving that the group’s departure from auto-tune and hook songs is working in their favor.

Bran New KISS” ranked first on album charts and is even receiving orders from overseas.
